Senior executive with 25+ years of experience in information technology, human capital development and workplace performance, strategy execution, project management, and entrepreneurship.
Prior to his current position as the CEO of int@j, Nidal held several leading positions in various private sector organizations including the Strategic Center for Organizational Performance Improvement – SCOPI, Optimiza Academy - a subsidiary of Optimiza Group - that provides IT, Consulting Outsourcing and Training with offices in Jordan and the region, and BT Applied Technology.
Nidal is a member of the National Cyber Security Council representing the private sector. He also sits on the Board of Trustees of “Tafila Technical University” based on a Royal Decree, he is also a member of the Advisory Board of “ILearn Jo”, the Steering Committee of “Jordan Ireland Business Association – JIBA” as Vice Chairman, the Steering Committee of Jordan Young Scientists – JOYS”, and he is the President of the Advisory Board of the “Arab ICT Union”. In addition, Nidal is a board member of “World Innovation, Technology & Services Alliance - WITSA”. Recently, Nidal was appointed as a member of the Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching Council at University of Jordan.
Nidal has a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth –USA, besides holding several certificates such as “Leading for the Future” certificate from Harvard Kennedy School, “Promoting Entrepreneurship & Open Markets” from the International Academy of Leadership, Blue Ocean Strategy in Action: Growth & Value Innovation” from INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute, “EFQM 2013 Certified Assessor” from the European Foundation for Quality Management, and he is also Approved Mentor of Mowgli Foundation which is an award winning, UK-headquartered mentoring organization that supports the sustainable development of societies through the mentoring and evolution of entrepreneurs and leaders.
